Per this earlier thread in the Hotspots forum, I would like to request access for users to view their hotspot account information, including dates of activation/expiration, etc.
The current implementation of EyeFi Manager/Center alerting users 30 days before a card's hotspot access expires is "kludgey" and rather ineffective. It would be much more robust to allow users to view their hotspot account details (when a card was activated, how much time is left on the existing year of access, etc), as well as to allow users to pay for years of access in advance, before the 30-day expiration window.
Users can certainly track dates themselves, but this is placing extra management on users, which seems much more appropriate to see in the software -- it would give us a "warm fuzzy" if we could go to a web page or screen in EyeFi Manager/Center and just confirm what the dates are, and that our hotspot access is currently provisioned to be working, etc. This would also aid in troubleshooting hotspot access issues, since you could easily tell if your hotspot access was "supposed" to be enabled or not.
