Check the computer destination that you set in Eye-Fi Center for your photos. If you set it to a drive that is no longer connected to the computer, you may want to change it to the computer's local hard drive.

I have the same problem.I get the Failer to deliver sign constantly. I am trying to write pictures to Windows Photo gallery but refuses to do it. The pictures go to the eye fi center and when they are here i cannot delete them or move them. Each picture in the center has a white/blue rotating bar at the bottom. Any help please.

Please open Eye-Fi Center and go to the Settings panel.
In the Photos tab, please ensure that "Upload to this computer" is enable
Also make sure you have a computer folder as a destination for your photos

If this is all set and you are still getting the "Failed to delivery" error, send an email to support@eye.fi and refer to this forum post.

Thanks,

Same freaking issue here.. i try and try and it still has blue and white bars.. took 17 pics and 1 hour later they still have the blue and white bar..

the pictures are however in the folder on my computer and i can use them and print etc.
but EYE FI is stuck in the blue and white bar problem

i think the software sucks actually and i have to agree this is the worst 80.00 i have ever spent until it works correctly.

I get the same problem consistently; the target is my local hard drive, and while most files made it through, many did not. But in the meantime, I get annoying "Eye-Fi Delivery Failure" popups.

What a ridiculously stupid error message. How about providing something useful which tells you what failed?

In my case the destination IS available and I can physically insert the Eye-Fi card into my Mac and copy the files manually to the destination.

If this doesn't resolve itself I have wasted my money.

Eye-Fi: time for you to get some new programmers.

Hi ATJ,

Is the upload destination folder on your Mac's boot drive? If instead it's set to an external/network volume, please change the destination to your local drive and see if the photos are delivered successfully.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please send us your Eye-Fi Helper log and Settings.xml file so we can take a look.

First, quit Eye-Fi Helper (look for its icon in your Apple menu bar). Then open this folder in your home directory: /Users/<your_username>/Library/Eye-Fi. (To open the Library folder on Mac OS X 10.7, hold down Option/Alt while clicking the Finder's Go menu and choose Library.) Once you are in the Eye-Fi folder, look for files called EyeFi, EyeFi.log, EyeFi.log.1, and Settings.xml, and attach the ones you find to an email to support@eye.fi. Please mention this thread.

After you send the logs, feel free to re-start Eye-Fi Helper and/or Center if you like.

To anyone else who is experiencing problems with your Eye-Fi card or software, please contact us! We're available 10 hours a day Monday-Friday to help you resolve issues like these. http://support.eye.fi/contact-support/

Thanks!

Change the setting of your computer destination and set it in Eye-Fi Center for photos. It's the basic thing to do for this problem to be fixed.

I have had a similar problem.

I am using direct mode to the iPhone app and have instracted it to upload the pics to my computer.
The stupid "Eye-fi delivery failure" message kept popping up.
I checked the log file in "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Eye-Fi" for some reason it was trying to upload the pictures to a drive that does not exist. (Failed to create directory: [Z:\Pics\20-05-2012])
I relabelled my external drive to Z: and all of a sudden 2 pictures appeared. However, the error message has stopped but so has the delivery of pictures :(

I shall post more as time progresses.
