As ahinchcliffe mentioned, it looks like the Eye-Fi card is searching your network for the Eye-Fi app running on your iPad, but is not finding it. Please make sure the iPad is connected to the same "SKY03911" wi-fi network and the Eye-Fi app is open.
Also, make sure the iPad is set to receive your files:

Then, fully power cycle the iPad (press/hold both buttons until it restarts), re-open the Eye-Fi app, and try again.
