Adding eye-fi application to iphone

I am new to the iphone
so i would just like to know how to add this applicatio to iphone..

You will need to download the Application form the App Store on you iPhone, or through iTunes and then sync the phone, and it will install. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

I wouold like ro know if its safe to add this app from the itunes.. i know if itunes is providing the app then its obviously safe. but once had some problem while adding an app from itunes..

Personally I usually install on the iPhone through the App store so I don't have to sync the phone, but it's really just personal choice.
