Eyefi in directmode but does not transfer to iphone/ipad

HI, i have setup the directmode and i see in eyefi iphone/ipad apps showing "IN DIRECTMODE" then i take picutre but does not transfer to the iphone / ipad
can anyone tell me what could be the problem?

also when i plug the eyefi to my pc, i dont see iphone / ipad icon (where i can setup upload from my iphone/ipad to my pc

can anyone help me with this 2 issues

Sorry to see that no one responded to your forum posts. It looks like you contacted us, and we helped you make sure Photos (aka JPEGs) were enabled in the app and not just RAW and/or Videos.

If this happens to anyone else, please give that a try. Disconnect your iOS device from the Eye-Fi card and switch to an internet connection instead. In the Eye-Fi app, open the settings (tap the gear on the front "Media" screen), choose Eye-Fi card settings, and select the name of your card. Next to Receive Media, tap either On or Off. Make sure the format you plan to send is enabled, and hit Done. Tap the "Card Pairing" back arrow at the top left a couple of times so you're back on the Media screen with your thumbnail images. Next, shoot some more photos or videos, connect iOS to the card's Direct Mode network, and see if the right format transfers.
