Add device error...I want to unregister my iPhone

Hi, I got a problem with using eye fi card.

I just restored my iPhone os without unregister my eyefi card first. after that, when i try to login into my account on iPhone, it says "add device error, this device has already been registered." so how can i fix this? need re-reisger my iPhone? How to? Thanks a lot!

btw mac address is: 00-18-56-28-1e-bd(registered)

hi ddbooo,

Do you remember which Eye-Fi account you used when you last logged into the iPhone app? In the Eye-Fi Center program on your computer, please log in to that account. Right-click (or Control-click on a Mac) the name of the iPhone, choose Deactivate, and remove it from your account. Now you should be able to sign in to the iPhone app using a different account.

If you don't know which Eye-Fi account you used with the iPhone, please let us know the wi-fi MAC address of your iPhone, which you can find under Settings > General > About. You may post it here or email it to support@eye.fi and we can reset it for you.

Thanks for your reply.

I remember the account name (email) I used to log into iPhone app. I just email u my iPhone address in case.
According to what u told me, I can't find "the name of the iPhone", only find this, u can see in the picture i uploaded.
And I tried to click "deactivate eye-fi card" button, and it showed "successful", but I still can't log into, "Add device error,....already been registered"

I also sent an email to support@eye.fi

Since the iPhone was not listed in that account, it must be connected to a different Eye-Fi account. It looks like we're taking care of this for you in email.
