Aperture and iPhoto Updates

Apple released updates for iPhoto and Aperture last week that finally allow both to share the same photo library

So I guess this means one of two things for Eye-Fi syncing: either it will now upload direct to Aperture, or it will no longer upload direct to iPhoto. Has anyone experimented to find out what the situation is yet?

Interesting - thanks for the update.

If you follow Apple's instructions (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5260) to view your iPhoto library using Aperture, I assume this will also include photos that were transferred from the card to iPhoto. I see no indication that the iPhoto library has moved, so hopefully we can continue to save to this updated iPhoto Library. We'll have to look into it some more. If you update your apps and test this out, please let us know.
