Eye fi center window won't open on mac book pro

I have eye fi center installed and I've used it in the past on my mac book pro. Now after not using it for a few months, when I start the eye fi center (either from apps or from the eye fi helper), I see the eye fi center menu items, but the window does not open, no matter what I do. I've even re-installed eye fi center with the latest version. What's wrong?

Okay, problem found. Sometimes I use my macbook with an external monitor. It seems that the eye fi center window still thought that the other monitor was there, so it was appearing out of view. Even doing "detect displays" did not fix this problem. Clearly an eye fi bug. Fixed it by reducing the screen resolution until the eye fi window appeared, then moved it to the center of the screen and restored the resolution.

We have encountered this as well, and changing the resolution seems to fix it. Maybe you quit Eye-Fi Center while the other screen was still connected. Our software remembers its last screen position and tries to return there when you launch it later.

I think if you disconnect the screen while the program is still running, the Mac will return all your apps to the main screen, including Eye-Fi Center, so that might work in the future.

I'm not sure if this is something we can fix - it might be a quirk of the Titanium platform used to build Eye-Fi Center - but we've reported the issue internally.
