How to View Pictures Full Screen

Postby ievans on Thu May 19, 2011 3:17 pm

Hey everyone,

I am having trouble with the Eye-Fi manager, I want to basically re-create the wedding scenario from the Eye-Fi website so when someone takes a picture it can upload and be viewed full screen on my TV right away which is such a cool idea!

The trouble is finding my way around the software itself, so far all I can do is take a picture and it transfers into the program as a thumbnail. Any attempt to open it to full screen just shows a larger thumbnail and then a map of the world showing where it was taken using the geotaging.

What am I missing here? Is there a software manual I can look at? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try PhotoLive out. Works pretty well for me:

I like to use my laptop screen (or iPad) to see a FULL SCREEN display of the last downloaded shot.
I am not interested in slideshow formats.

The last shot needs to be inspected on a large screen for me to decide if I want to take another shot.

I have found no application sofar that can do that.

Does anyone know one?

Peter,

The free Eye-Fi iOS application has a 'Full Screen' mode which you might want to check out. This support page gives a pretty good overview of how to get up and running with the iOS application http://support.eye.fi/mobile-applicatio ... ye-fi-app/

This is quite interesting that Android app can show the last photo in full screen, but the PC version is can't. This can be very useful in our studio when I'm shooting!
Could you make it available this features in next version of Eye fi center please?
