Delivery failure - but no retry

Hi - I've set my Eye-Fi up so it sends photographs directly to a network drive via my pc. However, this fails if I have not logged on to the network drive via a windows explorer. I just get heaps of "delivery failed" messages. So I log on to the network drive... but the images which failed still do not transfer.
Questions:
(1) How do I tell Eye-Fi to log on to the network drive itself - without me needing to log on via windows explorer.
(2) How do I get Eye-Fi to re-send the failed images (seems a bit pointless to have this card if I have to take it out of the camera anyway).

I stumbled upon this myself. You need to drag the photos into the tray at the bottom of the application window then press the WWW button to reupload. It took me a few hours to figure that one out.
