Endless crashes when trying to upload photos

Hi,

Reading a few posts on this forum, it seems as if I am not the only one! When I am uploading photos/video, the card keeps crashing. It uploads up to about 3 photos then crashes again. I fill in the report sheet and enter my email address to get feedback, but I get no feedback. What am I supposed to do, please?

Like others, this is a relatively recent problem - it used to work like clockwork before.

I would appreciate any advice and will PM the email address I used in the report if that helps.

Sorry to hear that Eye-Fi Helper is crashing on you. We'd like to help, and we don't always check the forums on a regular basis so it would be fastest to contact us directly.

Please email us at support@eye.fi, refer to this thread and include your Eye-Fi Helper log. The Helper log locations are listed here: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=5776 and the log file will be called "EyeFi.log" or just "EyeFi". Put "Attn: Jason" in the subject and I'll take a look. Please also confirm the email address you entered when you sent the crash report(s).
