installation problem (error#267=0x0000010b)

I tried to install Eye-fi Center. Everything goes well till I have to choose the destinationfolder...there it stops, nothing happens anymore.
When I finally stop the process I get the message:

CreateProcessWithTokenW failed: De mapnaam is ongeldig.
(error#267=0x0000010b)

Eye-fi center 3.4
Windows7 Home Premium 64 bits

Sorry to hear that you've received this error. Please look in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)" and open the "Eye-Fi" folder if it's there. Do you have a Center and a Helper folder inside, and does each folder contain multiple files and folders? If so, please launch the "EyeFiHelper" program from the Helper folder.

If some of these files or folders are missing, please download the latest Eye-Fi Center installer from our site ( http://support.eye.fi/downloads/ ) and save it to your computer. Its default name is "Setup.exe". Right-click this file, choose "Run as Administrator", and see if it installs correctly.

Thank you for your help. I tried many times to run the "Setup.exe" as Administrator but each time the installation stops before there is an "Eye-Fi"folder.
I hope you or someone else have more suggestions.
