Eyefi Directmode does not work - please help

HI i need some help

i've been following th steps provided by eyefi website however when i unplug the card and plug to my sony nex 5n then i search for the wireless , i dont see eyefi wireless

but when i plug the eyefi card to pc and i see the wireless (NOW when i select that wireless - just try to connect conntect not even display password section for me to enter the password)

how can i fix this or use this eyefi - im getting frustating on this (im about to refund this to best buy)
can anyone help
