hi ahmadkh76,

We're currently in the office 7 days a week by email and chat, and via phone on weekdays. We don't always monitor the forums. Please send your log to us and we can look into your issue. (Follow the link in my signature.)

Based on a quick look at the log, it looks like about 500MB was deleted from the card at one point after it was power cycled. I'm not sure why it didn't delete more files after that point, since as you said it was power cycled a couple more times. Have you shot any AVCHD video onto the Eye-Fi card? We're not able to delete those files using Endless Memory.

One easy way to deal with the AVCHD file in private directory problem is to delete all of them upon startup, provided that they have all been uploaded previously. Being able to automatically delete AVCHD files is now very important, as Eye-Fi card currently stucks at 8GB, while new generation of 1080/60p AVCHD camera generates 28Mbps+ videos. Please let me if there are other reason why this solution would not work for AVCHD files in endless memory mode. Thanks.
