Problem with relayed transfer status

Why the relayed transfer status is different between iPad setting & web eye-fi center?

I disable the relayed transfer by eye-fi center desktop, and check eye-fi center web , it's disable
But when I go into iPad app -> eye-fi card -> additional setting
The safari launch a different web page, and it's shown the relayed transfer is enable

So which one is correct?

I want my picture can transfer within my home network but not have to transfer to Internet (to eye-fi server) then go back to my iPad

Sorry for any confusion. I believe this is a glitch on our web site. It has always said that Relayed is enabled for me, even if it's turned off. The setting you see in the Eye-Fi Center desktop program should be accurate. If it says that Relayed Transfers is off, and you are uploading over a wi-fi network with internet access, then the card should know that it is not allowed to transfer images outside of your network.
