not able to transfer photos from camera to phone

Hi

I have recently baught HTC One X phone with Android 4.o. I am using Sony DSC HX 100V camera. Earlier it was working fine with android 2.3 (Samsung Galaxy Note) on direct mode. Lll the photos from the camera used to get transferd to my phone. But now on my new phone HTC Once X with Android 4.0 the photos are not getting transfered from camera to phone in direct mode . can any one help me on this.

Did you pair the card to your new phone? Go to menu->settings->eyefi device settings,choose your card and hit the checkbox if not selected.

I did that...infact tried all the options but still not working...now it has stopped working with my earlier phone as well. It pairs with my both the phones but does not transfer the pics from the card to the phones using direct mode....

I can look at the card log for you and see what is going on. Plug your eye-fi card into your desktop and there will be in icon that is displayed where you would normally see your incoming pictures. Click that and choose get card log and post it here or email it to android at eye.fi.

Sorry the long delay. I checked your pairing on the server and it does indicate it is paired to the HTC One X.

I just noticed that the card is setup to send only videos but not photos. If you can take a movie instead of a photo, it should transfer and update your settings on the card.
