Paid for Upgrade, no geotag

I upgraded to use the geotag feature today which was around 7 to 8 hours ago. I put the code in and have enabled geotag in Eye Fi settings. Been to several locations today and also now taking photos at home but it is showing no geotag.

It is showing in Eye Fi Center - ''image4556 was not geotagged''

In picasa it shows nothing either.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am in the UK. I assume it works here. If not I wish to have my money refunded.

Sorry to hear that your photos haven't geotagged yet. Please make sure that you're shooting in locations where multiple wi-fi networks are in range, and that you leave the camera powered in for a minute or so before shooting, so the card has a chance to gather information about nearby networks. Your camera should also be set so it doesn't power off too quickly; I'd recommend at least 2-5 minutes.

If that does not help, please let us know which Eye-Fi card you have and which camera. We might ask to check some log files as well.
