The blue/white progress bar indicates that the photo deliveries aren't complete, so let's try to figure out what's wrong. Please right-click some of these in-progress thumbnails (control-click on a Mac), choose More Info and check the Delivery Status. What does it say? If it says "Show in Explorer" (or Finder) then it's on the computer, if not then maybe there was a problem saving those files.
Please let us know some details about your setup:
* Eye-Fi card model
* Camera model
* Computer operating system
* Are you transferring the files using Direct Mode (joining the "Eye-Fi card" network on the computer) or another method?
* Does the computer have an internet connection when the files arrive on the PC?
