When reporting an issue, please include the following logs:

Eye-Fi Card Log
Eye-Fi Center Logs

Eye-Fi Card Log retrieval process:

1. Plug the Eye-Fi Card into the USB card reader and into your computer
2. Click on the Eye-Fi Helper icon in the Apple Menu Bar or in the Windows Task Bar
3. Select "Get Eye-Fi Card Log..." from the menu. You may have to wait several seconds, but, in a moment, you will be asked where to save the Eye-Fi Card log file
4. Save the Eye-Fi Card.log

Eye-Fi Center Log Retrieval Process:

Eye-Fi Center logs can be found in the following location:

Mac: /Users/<your_username_here>/Library/Application Support/Titanium/appdata/fi.eye.center
(If you are on Lion, go to Finder, Click "Go" on the menu bar, then press and hold the "Alt" key so that Library shows up. Then click on Library)

Windows: C:\Users\username_here\AppData\Roaming\Titanium\appdata\fi.eye.center

The following logs may be requested as a followup but are not necessary your initial problem report:

Helper logs -> EyeFi.log
Mac: /Users/<your_username_here>/Library/Eye-Fi

Windows:
Win 7 & Vista - C:\Users\<computer user’s name>\AppData\Roaming\Eye-Fi\
Win XP - C:\Documents and Settings\<computer user's name>\Application Data\Eye-Fi\
