Pending geotags while upgrading to 3.3

I've got several hundred pictures downloaded and their location being resolved by the Eye-FI manager (a progress bar was shown below many pictures). I was asked to renew the software version so I did.

When I opened the Eye-Fi manager later, no progress bar is shown below many of the pending pictures and geotag information is not shown. I am positive most of them should have it. Is there a way to recover from that?
