Eye-Fi Center/ Manager will not load

I have tried for over a month to load the Center or Manager onto Win7. I have uninstalled Air and Eye-Fi, cleared register and opened Virus protection McaFee plus firewall, and all I get is the Help,report trouble and uninstall. Has anyone had this problem, and is there a work-around? Thnks

I finally loaded center. Had to install older version of manager, with firewall off, then let it upgrade.
