having problems with public hotspots

i have an eyefi pro x2 and never really looked at the public hotspot tab on eye-fi center, tonight i finally clicked the Add Hotspot Account button and get 'The provided credentials do not match our records' as shown in the attachment. i will be going around the world and would like to have that feature.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm experiencing the same problem with a pro x2 card. I even bought a new card and still get the credential probem. Been working with customer care but I think they gave up.

The error went away but the upload issue was never fixed, at least from what I could tell. I went to several Starbucks while on my trip and none of the pictures uploaded. I haven't had a chance to try any local places since ive been back to see if it works.
