I have great news to share.
I have my Eye-Fi card set to FTP all my pictures.
I also own a iPhone, and have it set up to be a hotspot. Now all my picture on the Eye-Fi are instantly transfered from my camera to my FTP server through my iPhone's wifi, and 3G network. Its a good thing I have 6GB data package.
I was concerned about the GEO-tagging. I know the Eye-Fi card gets the MAC addres of the router, and using this information tries to figure out the location you are taking the picture. Now that I use my iPhone as the router, all pictures taken are correctly Geo-Tagged with the iphone.
I loaded last nights pictures and some pictures taken inbetween, all were correctly geotagged, with the accuracy of the iPhone.
Good News for me. Better than spednding mega bucks on an adapter for geotagging pictures!

Now the next question, if I do not have my iPohne on me, or turned off, the the pictures be geotagged with a differnet location when the iPhone is turned on?
By the way, the iPhone has to be turn on, and in settings, hotspot for the camera card to find the SSID of the iPhone.
Jesus Love you!
