Anybody had regular success at Starbucks?

I'm told my new card isn't working at Starbucks because I'm not close enough to the store's router. I've tried this in three different Starbucks and only once did I successfully get a batch of photos transferred.

Has anyone else every encountered issues with transferring files while in a Starbucks? The three locations I've been testing with are somewhat small stores so I'm concerned that this will happen with the Eye-Fi card in most Starbucks.

I had no luck at Vancouver Starbucks. Starbucks is affiliated with Bell in Vancouver.
