Eye fi stopped working on me!

Help! I have a Canon sd750- eye fi always worked fine (since july)...until.. Nov. 26th was the last time it uploaded- just sits there- I have to insert the card into my computer and do everything to get my photos... What happened?? Help!!
Any and all assistance is GREATLY appriciated!

If you put the Eye-Fi card in the reader it came with and plug it into your computer, does the Eye-Fi manager software recognize it (should say "found eye-fi card")? If you leave it plugged in to the reader will it transfer pictures (assuming there are new, un-transferred pictures on the card)? Have you changed anything about your wireless network? Are other devices (computers, etc.) still able to connect fine?

Maybe its a hardware failure of the wi-fi part of the card? I have had some issues with not being able to see all the photos on the card, seeing weird photo names like ~DSCF0~1.jpg. On some occassions I've had to reinsert the card into the camera before it would operate properly.
