I decided to answer this question since I keep getting the same error. What I did to fix this was create another Photobucket account then add it to Eye-Fi card settings. I never knew you could have more than one Photobucket upload account in the settings but you can. I named the second one Photobucket2. Now the photos are uploading from Eye-Fi to this second Photobucket account.
It may suck to have 2 Photobucket accounts but at least Eye-Fi is no longer giving me that error.
