Which CF Type I adapter is that? Or, is it something that was home brewed by taking the adapter apart?

Its a piece of shit and you people need to... go into another line of work.
I have no idea. I'm just incredibly annoyed that I see the statement 'no adapter will ever work with a D700 for eyefi' and then a quick google search leads me to a video of someone apparently using an eyefi with an adapter on a D700.
Aren't you an eyefi employee?
How does your company know so little about your own product?

Its literally been over a year now that I've been lurking on these forums and looking at your product, and it just doesn't appear to work. Its a piece of shit and you people need to either FINALLLLLLLLLY work out the problems (you've had plenty of time), or go into another line of work.
I'm sending my eyefi pro x2 back for a refund because it doesn't work at all on my sony a200. Yes yes, its not an officially compatible camera...but then again, what camera is?
Because I went through your compatibility list and there is almost nothing listed on it.

Guys from Eye-Fi team - I can see your point of view and respect it, but I believe there is a line waiting... so I'll post some result from the unsupported adapter.
Working great + iPad & ShutterSnitch. 5-7secs for a file /S JPG/, 5m are OK, but no more... /I use small not so powerfull router/, when I remove the front plate I'lll post more results. And if there is a corupted file I'll post it here immediately.
360bg wrote:The adapter is working definitely, but iPad has to be jailbroken if U want to use it as a router. The range will be smaller than a ordinary router.

Plates-removed /it quite easy whit this adapter/. Range-improved. Speed-improved.
About 200shots - no problem at all.
...BUT I had ERR 02 when tried the old 5d - 30 shot 3 times I recieved ERR 02
Soon I'll make about 400 shots every day and will write here for the stability of the components.

Just about all other aspects of the cameras are the same with the exception of the obvious (frame rate and sensor size).
The Eye-Fi cards have worked great in every 1D body I have tried them on (1D II, 1D III & 1Ds III)
Again, to be completely transparent, I have to remind you -- this is unsupported by Eye-Fi.
Thanks --Ziv.

Thanks --Ziv.
And I have to be completely transparent, will share the truth for the moment - more than 300 shots /with 5d2/ - no problem AT ALL. The last 2 days I'm shooting RAW+sJPG in a studio. iPad /+shutersnitch/ router /G not N/- 5m distance is not a problem and few second after the shot I've got 10" preview.
... after 1 year of thinking before the purchase - Sooo HAPPYyyyy with EYE-Fi 8G PRO X2.
