Login and conncetion problem,

Dear all,

On the begining i would like say that eye-fi card was buy to work in company enviroment but buyer didn't ask us about requirements of our network so all the time i have problems with card. Finally i would like to configure this card and center because i have some time. Could you please asnwer for my below question?

1). Do I need internet connection to configure card because right now i need to configure Eye-fi helper and in my network firewall policy do not allow on outbound traffic. If i don't need have i can configure.
2). How create new account if i forgot email for old one. How push software to give me panel to create new account ?
