It takes forever to have the laptop connect to the card (okay, it's only 1-2 minutes but that's a long time to connect). We found a workaround. Once you setup an adhoc network on your laptop, give it a static IP so it doesn't wait for one being assigned by the card
since your situation is one that we do not officially support we must give priority to customers in supported locations with supported setups first.

my X2 card went into the GO PRO HD, i erased it in camera and since then it has stopped working.
others camera report it as corrupted and in PC it appears as a 32mb unformated FAT drive with no way back.
i contacted eye-fi and they told me im on some double-secret "waiting list".since your situation is one that we do not officially support we must give priority to customers in supported locations with supported setups first.
so beware, my card is dead

thank you

Given the posts in the forums where people are using it with a GoPro Hero HD and still getting support, is this still the case?
What are the known issues (if any) that Eye-Fi team are aware of when using a Pro X2 8gb card with a GoPro Hero HD?
Please advise.
Thanks.
