Can't turn on Hotspots

I have a new 8GB X2 Pro card and when I try to turn on hotspots it asks for an access key. Since the hotspot access is supposed to be included with this card, where do I get the access key?

You should contact Slacker Support about this. There may have been a problem with the card not being set up on their end to have one year of free hotspot service, so they may need to fix something to get it working.

If it's a brand new card you should not be asked for a Hotspots key. We had some reports of this at the end of last week and reported it to engineering, last I heard they were fixing things. No slackin' here!
