Sony HX9V + Endless Memory?

The Eye-Fi HX9V compatibility page says there are no known issues.

But the HX9V user manual at says:

Some Eye-Fi cards have an “Endless Memory Mode.” This product does not support “Endless Memory Mode.” Make sure that Eye-Fi cards that you insert into this product have “Endless Memory Mode” turned off. For details on setting “Endless Memory Mode”, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the Eye-Fi card.

Can Eye-Fi support please answer, what is the nature of the issue? Corruption? And update the compatibility page if there is, in fact, an issue?

(I'm disappointed to discover this as I have an HX9V and Eye-Fi on order.)

We've seen that mentioned in both Sony and non-Sony camera manuals and Endless Memory still worked fine. Yuval describes the Sony issue here regarding a different model, maybe it applies to the HX9V as well.

Once you receive your camera and card, please let us know if you have any trouble. Remember that when you use Endless Memory, the card is only able to delete old/uploaded files when the card is first powered on, so it may take a few power cycles to clear out a noticeable amount of space.
