Photos won't upload to computer from iPad

This is getting frustrating. I have an 8 GB Pro X2 card. i had very few problems uploading pictures from my vacation to my iPad. It took a few tries each time to get the network to connect but was able to get 400 photos to my iPad.

I expected that when I returned home, they would automatically upload to my computer as that's what I have set in the Upload Settings. The iPad and computer are on the same network. Back in the Settings on the computer, I set the photos to go to my imac again.

I noticed that not all the photos appear in the Eye Fi Center (maybe 10 uploaded over 7days - and are completely random across days).

I have restarted my IMac. Restarted the Eye Fi Helper. The card is plugged in directly by USB now that I'm home.

What's the problem here? Argh! Frustrating!!!

I should add that I also noticed that only those 10 or so photos up,loaded to my Online Destination (Phanfare) as well. Even those 10 photos do NOT, however, appear on my computer. Only in Eye Fi Center and online - and again, it's 10 photos total that were taken on different days across a 10 day time period. The 400 photos total were uploaded each night over 7days, so not in one big chunk at one time.

I am on iOS 5.1 on my iPad.

And, I've done the firmware update on the Eye Fi card.

What gives and how is this fixed?!

Do you have the Ipad 2 or 3?

I would be interested if you get this working as this is how I want to use mine once I get it.

Since it has a large amount of photos it is not getting uploaded. I have heard something before that you can zip the files to a simple folder and then transfer, but I am not sure how it can be done.
