As there is no help embedded in the app, clicking on a help button anywhere just takes you to the main Support website. It gets very frustrating. If you aren't going to add truly context-sensitive help' where the button you click leads you directly to a description of the page or dialog box you are on, could you at least program it to take you a step or two down in the support site that is closer to the answer you are looking for?
I know it's not sexy, but this is a hard product to configure - see the need for a Tips and Tricks in this forum - so please at least give us easier access to the relevant info we need.
And it would be great if someone actually captured the rich data from the forum and populated the areas on the website where you are sending us for help.
