Cannot stop upload to Eye-Fi View

Hello
I have about 70 pictures on my card. I have disabled upload of photos and videos to online services.
When I switch on my camera or insert the card into the reader, I see there is an upload process active.

I now disabled Eye-Fi View and Relay Transfer, but anyway, I see the upload continues. How can I stop it? I restarted my computer, but the upload continues with uploading the rest of the images. Why can't I stop it?
