Move pictures after import into Eye-fi center

I would like to move pictures which were uploaded to Eye-Fi Center into my folder \Pictures\Eye-Fi\ into another folder on my computer, like \Pictures\April 2012.
What I don't understand is: next time I take pictures and they are getting transferred onto my computer, does Eye-Fi center (or my card) upload ONLY the pictures I took SINCE my last import? Or in other words: won't Eye-Fi import the folders which I moved before, again?

Eye-Fi cards transfer each file to your computer (or other destinations) only once. After your photos or videos arrive on the computer, you can move or delete them if you like. The card won't send them again, it will only send any new ones you shoot after that point.
