Sending photos automatically from camera to internet

I am out in the woods with my camera i.e. no access to hot-spots or wi-fi. Inside my camera is the X2-pro card. I want to take pictures and then send these automatically and wirelessly to a person in an office miles away. If I send them via 3G or internet does not matter. I have access to following equipment: camera, eye-fi card, laptop, battery-operated router, 3G-dongle, iphone, ipad. Question is what kind of equipment shall I use and how shall I set it up ??
