Need a camera where I can "protect" an image with 1 click

Postby bfox2718 » Thu Apr 26, 2012 8:46 pm

Hi all.... looking for some advice. I am an avid eye-fi supporter.... love the product, and have 3 of them. I want to use them in my business to automatically post candid pics to our company facebook page in real time. Got that worked out, I know how to do it.

What I need help with is finding a camera where I can very easily (without many menu steps) "protect" the image so I can utilize the selective transfer mode.

I want my staff to take tons of pictures, and only upload the "better" ones throughout the day by protecting them.... any advice?

Thanks in advance.

You have a budget, camera type (point and shoot/compact/DSLR/etc), or brand in mind?

I know my 5D3 and [I think] several other Canon DSLRs have one click protect options. On the 5D3, you can map the 'RATE' button to toggle the rating or act as a one-click protect button. On lower models, you can go into a special 'select images to protect' playback mode and toggle the protect status with one click.
