Postby face » Sun Aug 05, 2012 1:02 am

I've upload from my eyefi pro video taken with my nikon d3200.
The video are correctly imported on my ipad but they are not shown nor in eyefi app nor in other apps.

I see that if iimport video at lower resolution all works properly.
Instead 1920x1080 25p are imported, as said, but notshown.
It's a hardware ipad limitation, a eye-fi limitation or simply i should use a different app to see these vedeo?

One more question: these video are securely saved into ipad also if not shown so that i can sync them using streaming photo or through itunes???

iOS is particular about which video files it will save from our app to the assets library. We've received other reports of cameras whose 1080-pixel videos would not save to iOS, but 720 or SD videos worked fine. As far as we know, the Eye-Fi card and software have no problems with the videos, it's iOS rejecting these videos for some reason. It can happen even if the video meets the iPad specs (http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/).

If you don't see the photos or videos in the Eye-Fi app or the Photos app, that suggests they were not saved to the iPad. If you have configured any online destinations for your Eye-Fi uploads (Flickr, YouTube, Eye-Fi View, etc.) then even if the file was not saved to the iOS library, our app should forward them online after it receives the file.
