iOS is particular about which video files it will save from our app to the assets library. We've received other reports of cameras whose 1080-pixel videos would not save to iOS, but 720 or SD videos worked fine. As far as we know, the Eye-Fi card and software have no problems with the videos, it's iOS rejecting these videos for some reason. It can happen even if the video meets the iPad specs (
http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/).
If you don't see the photos or videos in the Eye-Fi app or the Photos app, that suggests they were not saved to the iPad. If you have configured any online destinations for your Eye-Fi uploads (Flickr, YouTube, Eye-Fi View, etc.) then even if the file was not saved to the iOS library, our app should forward them online after it receives the file.
