Not compatible with iPhone 3.0/3GS

Postby Breadfan » Fri Jun 19, 2009 11:43 am

I just upgraded to an iPhone 3GS and I tried to launch the Eye-Fi app and it just keeps telling me "Network Error - User not found."
I noticed it says "Name" under the Email field but even when I put in my e-mail address it still gives me the error.

Hi Breadfan,

Thanks for the feedback.

I have an iPhone 3GS that's supposed to arrive today, at which point hopefully I can debug and fix this problem, and then submit an update to the app store.

I am running OS 3.0 on my 1st Generation iPhone and the Eye-Fi application works fine.

Thanks,
alex

It may be something on my end. Maybe I should try removing the app and redownloading it.

Ok, I uninstalled then redownloaded the app and it's working fine now.

Ditto here. My Eye-Fi app settings didn't carry over to the 3GS, and when I tried to update them I continually got a "User not found" error.

Removed, re-downloaded, reconfigured, and it works fine.

All of us actually experiencing the same problem. However, it's nice to share to each and everyone's feedback so that a newly subscriber can prevent or avoid this. Me either, my Eye-Fi application is not compatible in my iPhone 3.0/3GS where couldn't work well. But I guests we can resolve it, perhaps we know the best solution to apply.
